SHIPPING & DAMAGES

Our courier company- Fastway Couriers- does not unfortunately cover damages on ceramics, glassware and perspex-courier is entirely at your own risk. However, we do strive to package as safely as possible.

All fragile homeware is carefully bubble wrapped and packed in a cardboard box with fragile stickers.

If you’ve received an item that was damaged in transit and would like a replacement it will be billed at the original price -15% + courier charge.

If there is a manufacturing fault please inform us via whatsapp within 24 hours of receiving the package, along with pictures of the fault.

If packages are opened after 24hours of receiving the package and any manufacturing faults logged we unfortunately cannot be responsible for damages.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We offer exchanges only (NO REFUNDS) on any products if communicated within 24 hours of receiving your package. This excludes ceramics- purchases are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Kindly return the product within 5 days in the original packaging (including shipper box) that it was received in and indicate which products you would like to exchange them with (if in stock), or choose to be credited with off your next purchase.

If products are not returned within said timeframe we unfortunately cannot accept exchanges.
