All fragile homeware is carefully bubble wrapped and packed in a cardboard box with fragile stickers.
We unfortunately cannot be responsible for damages incurred by Courier companies, if any, as we have taken the necessary steps to provide safe packaging at no extra cost to you.
If you would like to lay a claim with Fastway you can do so as the Receiver using your waybill number.
If you would like your products insured at an additional cost kindly contact us via whatsapp after confirming your order online.
If you’ve received an item that was damaged in transit and would like a replacement it will be billed at the original price -15% + courier charge.
If there is a manufacturing fault please inform us via whatsapp within 24 hours of receiving the package, along with pictures of the fault.
If packages are opened after 24hours of receiving the package and any manufacturing faults logged we unfortunately cannot be responsible for damages.
